Mornings' Light has created a range of handmade certified organic muesli including
natural, toasted, and bircher muesli, porridge mixes and honey puffs.
All our products are handmade and contain the finest organic and biodynamic produce available.
We have catered for guests from all over Victoria and throughout Australia.
Our range of muesli was developed for these guests who expressed a desire for a wholesome, tasty and organic breakfast alternative. Our muesli is made to order to ensure it is delivered fresh and retains maximum flavour.
Our breakfast cereals are certified organic with OGA Reg No. 1183.
Our product is wheat free, contains no added oils, contains no refined sugars, and contains all Australian ingredients.
All Australian owned. All cereals are blended and packaged at Mornings' Light.

Natural Muesli
The bio-dynamic oat in this muesli is soft and creamy, the sultanas fresh and juicy and the almonds cut and roasted separately then added to the mixture. We make our muesli to order, so it is very fresh. Light and tasty!

Toasted Muesli
So popular! Lightly dry toasted in our oven; so slightly crunchy, light and delicious, this muesli contains no added oil and is sweetened with a touch of organic honey. Nurturing and sustaining.

Gluten Free Muesli
Loved by both those who can and can't eat gluten! All the goodness of tasty and fresh hand blended organic ingredients. Delicious with milk, summer fruits or yoghurt.
Bircher Muesli
Original Swiss recipe full of roasted almonds and juicy sultanas.
Directions: 1 cup muesli, 1 cup yoghurt, 1 cup skim milk, 1 cup orange juice. Soak overnight and serve with grated apple. -

Porridge Mixes
Soft creamy biodynamic oats, freshly ground linseed, and your choice to have it sweetened with plump biodynamic sultanas. Directions: 1 cup oats, 2 1/2 cups water or milk. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serves 2
Honey Puffs
Delicious whole grain organic rice puffs blended and toasted with mouth watering premium organic honey makes a yummy breakfast (or snack!) for kids and adults alike!
