We offer a selection of certified organic seasonal herbs organically grown in the gardens of Mornings' Light.

They are hand picked, naturally dried and carefully blended to ensure the properties of each herb remain intact.

Our herbs are not irradiated. Our herb teas are fresh, vibrant and full of flavour,

and blends include 'Blood Red', 'Restful Sleep', 'Lemon Forever' and 'Spring Tonic' .

Single leaf teas are also available.

Black Currant
A sweet tea high in vitamin C, excellent as a cleansing tonic, for treating rheumatism, and for preventing vascular disorders.

Red Raspberry Leaf
A soothing tea, excellent to use during pregnancy, assists to reduce menstrual flow, high in vitamin C.

Lemon Balm
A calming and soothing tea, aids digestion and relieves coughs and colds.

Chamomile
This herb is both calming and healing, works on the nervous system to alleviate stress and induces sleep.
An excellent evening tea.

Teas for ailments
Teas can be made for your own requirements to assist to relieve symptoms in the case of any condition, such as colds and flu, insomnia, anxiety, stress, menopause etc.
