How to Spa

General
We recommend that you book ahead for all treatments.

During treatments, you may wear underwear if you prefer. Our therapists are trained to drape you and protect your privacy at all times. Please leave your mobile phone or pager turned off.

Minimum age for day spa guests is 16. For younger guests a parent or guardian must be present.

Please wear comfortable clothing to Mornings' Light.

We do not recommend the consumption of alcohol before, during or directly after your treatment.

Please let us know in advance if you have any special health or physical considerations which may affect your treatments.

For men, we recommend you shave at least 3 hours before a facial treatment.

All treatments are completed as scheduled, so please be aware that if you arrive late, your service will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

Melbourne

We are open Mondays and Tuesdays from 9am.

South Gippsland

We recommend you book ahead for lunch at our Gatehouse Dining Room.

Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary requirements that need to be catered for.

Come for the day, pick two or more from our range of treatments and in between treatments, enjoy freshly prepared organic spa cuisine.

The spa is a place of relaxation and tranquillity. We ask that you respect other guests' right to privacy and quiet.

The spa is a non-smoking area.

We are open 7 days a week, including public holidays.

You are also welcome to leave valuables in our safe while you are here.

For guests who choose from our Spa Deluxe and Aqua Supreme Treatment Range
To enjoy the full experience of your treatments, we will provide a robe, slippers and outdoor sandals upon your arrival. Begin your spa experience with a relaxing herbal tea in the lounge or garden while you take time to settle in. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your swim suit for the hydrotherapy spa. Showers are available after all treatments. The Spa Deluxe and Aqua Supreme ranges are currently available at Mornings' Light in South Gippsland.

Cancellation/Postponement of Your Reservation
We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or postpone your treatment, or day spa package. If so, we require no less than 24 working hours’ notice (working hours 9am to 6pm daily) and a cancellation fee will apply.

Should you not arrive for your booking, or cancel within the 24 hour period before your booking time, a 100% cancellation fee will apply and any gift vouchers are void.

Payment for Retreat Accommodation Packages:

To secure your booking a deposit of $660.00 per person is required at time of booking. This is non refundable.

Full payment is required 21 days prior to booking.

EFTPOS is available for all services and the purchase of all services and products.

Cancellation/postponement of accommodation packages
We understand that you may need to cancel or postpone your stay.

Please note 100% fee will apply if cancellation is made within 14 days of your booking date
